It was announced Wednesday that Prince Charles and his wife Camilla will be visiting Saskatchewan in May.
Premier Brad Wall is ecstatic with the timing of the visit, considering the Legislative Building is celebrating its centennial next year.
“Next year is a pretty important year for the building itself,” said Wall.
“We are excited to be a part of any royal tour that is coming to the country.”
The visit is part of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, which celebrates her 60 years on the throne.
