RCMP are investigating a collision that killed a 16-year-old boy north east of Whitewood.

The boy was driving an ATV westbound on a grid road around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.  The machine collided with a vehicle at an intersection.  The boy was pronounced dead at the scene.

A 36-year-old Regina man was driving the other vehicle.  He was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Names are not being released until RCMP contact the next of kin.
