A stabbing and an armed robbery keep police busy all morning on Saturday.

An couple of employees of separate businesses were shaken up after incidents early Saturday morning.

A 22-year-old man wandered into a business on Idylwyld just before 2 a.m.

The employee of the business called the police to report that someone had been stabbed.

Police say the location he was stabbed has not been confirmed but believe he was approached by a group of five people on Idylwyld.

The injured man was transported to hospital and is listed in stable condition.

An unrelated incident on 8th street left a different employee shaken up.

Just after midnight a man robbed a business at knife point and fled on foot with the money.

Police responded to the scene with a canine unit and located a 19-year-old male a short time later. He will face charges of armed robbery and breach of probation.
