Regina police are warning the public of a possible re-offender being released into the public.

Police say Benjamin Martin Moore has a history of committing sexual offenses against children after befriending the child's parents or grandparents.

Spokeswoman Elizabeth Popwhich says Moore has a number of conditions, including returning to a community correctional facility every night.

“He also has to do things like reported all personal relationships to his parole officer. He cannot have contact with anybody under the age of 18 unless he’s supervised by an informed adult,” said Popwhich.

Moore is decribed as a white male, five foot nine, 225 pounds, with brown hair and a long brown and grey beard.
