As the last acts at Craven exit the stage many people, including RCMP will take a much needed break.

With a capacity for 25,000 people the 34 RCMP officers were kept very busy.

"There's obviously going to be stuff that goes on but between the eyes and ears of the security, St.Johns people, the fire department, and ourselves we deal with the issues that we see, not only the ones that get reported," said RCMP Sgt Craig Cleary.

What they saw on Saturday night alone was 36 people arrested, 32 tickets, two vehicle related charges, two minor accidents, one sexual assault, and a drunk man who went missing for a while.

"Traffic services itself off site had 46 tickets that they wrote, three impaireds, three driving suspensions, and one drug seizure - twelve grams of marijuana that they got off site ," said Cleary.

The festival attendees were certainly having a good time, maybe too good.

Cleary said that although they were busy the RCMP find fun in it too.

"This is my fourth Craven that I have been in charge of and prior to that I have actually worked on site back in the late 90s and I enjoyed as well," Cleary said.

The festival closes out tonight with Brad Paisley.
