Two men from Toronto and Montreal are facing two additional charges each, after they were already charged last week in what Regina police are calling a white money scam.

Lloyd Andrews, and Emmanuel Gbala are charged with fraud over five thousand dollars and breach of recognizance after appearing on similar charges last week in Regina for a 'white money scam'. After appearing in court on charges of fraud and being released with conditions of no contact, Andrews and Gbala were arrested again Wednesday at a hotel in east Regina.

In a white money scam a suspect typically shows someone a piece of paper and says it's actually money that has been altered to conceal it. They show the victim a solution to transform the paper back into money but actually use slight of hand to fool them.

The two charged in Regina allegedly did this demonstration for a business owner on Avonhurst Drive last week.
They were first arrested last Thursday following a joint investigation with Regina Police, Commercial Crimes and RCMP.

The two made another court appearance in Regina on Wednesday.
