House fire causes $200,000 in damages

There is extensive damage after an early-morning house fire in Saskatoon.
Firefighters were called to a home on Makaroff Road in the Dundonald area around 3:30 a.m.
When the fire trucks arrived there was already heavy smoke billowing from the home.
The lucky occupants had been allerted by a smoke detector and everyone made it out safe.
The estimated damage is around $200,000.
