The #2 ranked University of Calgary Dinos advanced to the Canada West Final with a 16-4 victory over the University of Regina Rams.

The Dinos started the scoring with a 90-yard catch and run to make it 7-0 early.

The Rams got a Chris Bodnar field goal to make it 7-3 and that was as close as the Rams would get.

After the Rams conceded the safety and the Dinos scored a touchdown, the two sides went to the half with the Dinos up 16-3.

Rams quarterback Zach Oleynik was hurt in the second half but stayed in the game. While the defence shut out the Dinos in the final 30 minutes, the offense wasn't able to generate the comeback.

The Dinos will now take on the winner of the University of Saskatchewan and UBC, who play in the other semi-final on Saturday.
