Dagenais appealing conviction in murder of RCMP officers
Appeal set for Saskatchewan courts in late October

The Saskatchewan man who shot and killed two RCMP officers is appealing his conviction.
Curtis Dagenais is serving a life sentence for the 2006 shooting and high speed chase that happened near Spiritwood.
Dagenais was found guilty on two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Constables Robin Cameron and Marc Bourdages. He was also convicted of the attempted murder of a third RCMP officer.
The case will be heard by the Saskatchewan court of appeal in late October.
