After an emotional bail hearing for Tammy Goforth in Regina the second person charged in the death of a little girl will be appearing in court this afternoon. 

Kevin Goforth will appear by video at 2:00 p.m. He and Tammy are co-accused of manslaughter in the death of a four-year-old girl in their care. He is also charged with criminal negligance causing bodily harm in what's being described as neglect and abuse of the little girl's two-year-old sister earlier this month.

Wednesday the mother of the two girls had to be removed from the courtroom after she angrily sobbed and screamed at Kevin's wife, Tammy, at Tammy's bail hearing.

The relationship of the little girls to the Goforths has not been confirmed.

Details of the case learned in court are under a publication ban.
