Aerosmith Concert Will Go Ahead

Steven Tyler is fine
Story Tools

Aerosmith is now a go in Regina.

There was some concern earlier when Steven Tyler slipped off a stage at a concert in South Dakota Wednesday night.

But promoter Brian Taylor says all Canadian shows, including Regina, are a go.

"Everything is fine. They told us to say all shows are going to go ahead as planned."

Taylor says the singer is a little banged up with some stitches, but otherwise fine.

Early reports had Tyler suffering anything from a broken hand,  to head and neck injuries.

good to hear

Now...if only they could sell the place out. Definitely need that billion dollar stadium boondoggle...er...project, so that people will fill the stadium just because it is indoors...

It`s not selling out cause

It`s not selling out cause the prices are rediculous for bands that have not released new music in years. Not to mention Aerosmith was in Saskatoon pretty recently.

Tickets START at $115 all the way to $199. AC/DC`s MOST expensive ticket was $99.

Would you rather pay to hear `dude looks like a lady` or `hell`s bells`?

The consumer has spoken on that one, apparently.

Right on the money with this

Right on the money with this comment. The Rolling Stones was such a departure and novelty that people paid ridiculous amounts to go. Now that we are seeing a nice stream of bands come through, people are only willing to pay what a band is worth. For me, $0 for Aerosmith.

Cancelled in Winnipeg

Don't be so sure. The Winnipeg show was just canceled.
