Whats going on inside the city's water treatment plant?  Officials with the City of Saskatoon aren't saying.

However, City Manager Murray Totland says heads rolled on Monday after an investigation regarding a harassment complaint.

"Two employees were terminated and a third employee was suspended," Totland said.

Totland says the action came after a lengthy internal and external investigation.
