This incident justifies that the sentencing circle priveledge granted by the judge, should be revoked.

Complete Lack of respect
Pauchy once again (50th time??) shows that he has no resepct for life (his or anyone elses) or for societal norms. I would imagine a psychiatrist would say he is a psychopath on a path of serious escalation. Let's get this murderer behind bars before someone else is hurt.
What does breach of
What does breach of undertaking even mean?
This is the problem with our
This is the problem with our system ... you give people an inch and they run a mile. There is no doubt that indeed he has suffered greatly from the loss of his children, but provide him with an outreach to receive help. The First Nations Community has failed in this instance and they are largely to blame. HIs addiction to alcohol has not only caused the death of his children, but the entire marring of the the community. Prejudice in our society runs rampant, but it is a by-product of the actions of few, such as Mr. Pauchay. This indeed should revoke the sentencing circle, or, if the sentence remains the same, the members of that circle should take proactive measures to correct these actions. Without the First Nations Community stepping up to the plate, I await further tragedies to occur in the near future.
Breach of what?
Any word on what he breached? Curfew, parole conditions or what?
This is unexpected in the
This is unexpected in the injustice system that has become our courts & Laws?
When certain groups are more equal than others with a tribalised society called multiculturalism. No one in this Country is Equal before the Law. Its all Identity politics with white guilt as the motor of this beast that is ravaging out communities by special treatment. Like in the CHRC's out right persecution with out any safeguards. Truth is no defense. Its all about image with privilege. To hell with the real victims, or equal justice for all.
Equality before the Courts is a fiction in the Canada's. It ranks right up with the health care system. One only has to have seen the vicious Judo phobic crowds that harassed our police to see how far favoritism by race or gender has gotten us. With the police so emasculated from sensitivity training to bogus human rights as opposed to real ones they have become craven. Caledonia anyone?
But he recognizes where he went wrong!!!!
But clearly he fails completely to understand how his actions on that cold night a year ago were a result of his choice to drink. And since his is again drinking while waiting for his sentencing circle I suspect his plea of guilty was nothing more that an attempt to get a lighter sentence.
Likely he breached...
...some form of conditional sentence.
Most likely no possession, purchase, consumption of alcohol and possibly not to be in any establishment whose chief purpose is the selling of alcohol.
Just sayin'

As long as he didn't drag naked babies into the bar and abandon them to die, again.
Stupid judgement
This was an unacceptable sentence in the first place. Coddle the criminal and forget the victims; in this case innocent, dependent, babies.
Throw him back in jail and send the judge in with him. They both need to be punished and reminded of their STUPID decisions.
You think after the death of
You think after the death of his daughters he would be trying to better his life..... is there sympathy for these children?

Iraq has a better legal system then us for Gods sake. These sentencing circles are nothing but an easy way out! There is NO proof that they work!
Try this crap in TEXAS!!! He would already be EXECUTED and we would all be happy! Wouldnt that be nice :)
I wonder what John Himpe
I wonder what John Himpe thinks about this. Perhaps he will "crack a book" or Google something as smart people do--see his sentencing circle blog. In his opinion the police can be doing whatever during office hours and its not the taxpayer's business. Perhaps there's a good reason that Mr. Pauchey is committing these breaches of undertaking that Mr. Himpe can determine and enlighten us.
