Merchant Launches Another Lawsuit

Fighting health regions over used syringes
Story Tools

Tony Merchant is being kept busy.

The Regina lawyer has launched another class action lawsuit, this time on behalf of those impacted by reused syringes.

Many health regions have come forward saying that mistake has been made, although no one is sick.

But Merchant argues that doesn't necessarily have to be the case as blood-borne diseases can take years to show symptoms.

A patient who may have been impacted can register their interest at the Merchant law group website.
