Most of Saskatchewan will have a chance to get close to the torch for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.

Olympic gold-medallist Joan McCusker was at Regina City Hall for the announcement that Regina will be one of the main stops, along with Yorkton,  Moose Jaw, Swift Current, Saskatoon, Prince Albert, and communities in between -- 38 in all in January of 2010.

Regina city councillor Mike O'Donnell says people are being directed to the RBC website if they want to be torchbearers -- they'll be chosen from among people who better their country. The other option is the Coca-Cola website, where the criteria is to pledge to live healthier.
