Brad Wall Joins Murray Wood on Anniversary

Premier looks back on first year of Sask. Party government

One year ago today, the Saskatchewan Party cruised to victory in the provincial election.

Premier Brad Wall joined News Talk Radio's Murray Wood this morning, saying "... you know, at once it seems like a very long time ago and also like yesterday.  There are certain anniversaries like that, that I think we all have."

Wall says he's proud of the debt reduction made, the focus on infrastructure and the recent income tax relief.

The NDP claims some ministers have shown incompetency, especially Corrections Minister Daryl Hickie.

sask party anniversary

Heh Murray Cogratulations on a successful year from an ex Saskatchewan family.I read the Leader post and Star Phoenix and have a few questions on the BOOM.Both papers record school enrolment drops in Regina and Saskatoon. Also only a net gain of 16000 in entire province. These reported facts in your papers lead me to believe a boom in Sask and Alberta are not looked at the same way.Pondering Howard
