The 44 year old woman accused of waving an axe at some high school kids will spend at least another night in jail.

Annette Stephen  has been remanded in custody for another court apperance tomorrow.

Stephen is charged with assault with a weapon. Police were called to a home near Walter Murray Collegiate just before noon Monday. The area around Argyle and Taylor was blocked off until a woman was arrested by police.
