The U.S. economy may be in turmoil and the stock market talking another nosedive, but Saskatchewan's Finance MInister is still expressing confidence. Rod Gantefour contends it is anybody's guess right now what could happen. He admits it will be harder to predict the price of commodities in the next budget as there remains such volatility in the market. Gantefour doesn't expect any recession in the U.S. to have any long-term negative effects this side of the border.
