New Pats coach Dale Derkatch has to be happy with what he saw for the first time from his team this weekend. The Pats win all three games at a pre-season tournament in Edmonton finishing things off with a 4-2 win over Prince George. Overage defenceman Victor Bartley had three assists to lead the winners. In two games this weekend, Bartley had eight points. The team will practice all week before going to Brandon for a pre-season encounter on Friday. The Wheat Kings will be back on Brandt Centre ice Saturday as Regina fans get their first look at the team this year. Game time is 7.
