Sarah Mills
Reporter

Why would a girl from Virginia Water cross the pond to become a news reporter in the frigid, sub-zero climate of Saskatchewan?

Good question... but we think for Sarah Mills, a lot of it has to do with having been an unofficial Saskatchewanian for many years before moving here (her family often travelled to visit relatives in the Preeceville area when she was younger.)

With a law degree, post-graduate diploma in journalism and a suitcase in tow, Sarah arrived in Saskatchewan in 2003 to join the News Talk team. Since then, she has covered many big stories including the Queen's visit in 2005, where she had the opportunity to meet Her Majesty face to face. Sarah is also News Talk Radio's Legislative Reporter, keeping close tabs on what's happening in the provincial government.

Sarah volunteers her time to help with events supporting the efforts to find a cure for breast cancer. She is also an advocate for Changing Faces - a British charity for facial disfigurement.
