Details are few, but RCMP have confirmed it was human remains that were found east of Saskatoon this week.

Mounties say an examination by a forensic anthropologist determined the remains found in the RM of Corman Park are those of a male.

The person's age and identity are still a unknown as well as any details to how the body got there.

An autopsy was completed yesterday but RCMP aren't releasing any more information.
