Thunderstorm watches in south-west Saskatchewan

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect for the Shaunavon, Maple Creek, Val Marie, and Cypress Hills areas.
Environment Canada downgraded a tornado watch in the area.
A series of watches have now ended in the areas of Swift Current, Herbert, Cabri, Kyle, Lucky Lake, Assiniboia, Gravelbourg and Coronach.
Around 4 p.m. Tuesday, Environment Canada issued the watches for Saskatchewan's south-west corner.
A warm air mass in Saskatchewan is clashing with a cold front in Alberta. It's resulting in thunderstorms over central Montana, southern Alberta, and south-west Saskatchewan.
The storm has the potential of producing large hail and wind gusts up to 100 kilometres an hour.
Tornados have been reported touching down in southern Alberta.
