--Can we start a pool as to whether not a member of the Saskatchewan Roughriders will play ALL 18 games this year. Durant, Fantuz and Johnson are the latest ones to go down. This is getting ridiculous.

--Memo to the Riders: Can you please stop scheduling games on the night of wicked thunderstorms. Is it that or is the organization trying to re-capture the memory of last years Rain Bowl against the Eskimos.

--To everyone reading the above posting, yes that is sarcasm...don't send an e-mail saying the Riders don't know what the forecast is going to be when the schedule is drawn up. I realize that.

--The Riders need a durable quarterback. Would Brett Favre want to come north of the border. I'm sure Darian Durant would give up #4. Then again, Rider fans would boo him out of the stadium if he threw two INT's

--It would only be fitting to see Mike Holmgren go out a winner this year. CMON Seahawks...make Mike's last year a memorable one

--My mood will depend entirely on what is happening in Milwaukee this week as a 4 game series between the Brewers and Cubs begins Monday. How many games are WGN showing. The ones that aren't on TV will be coming over via my XM Satellite Radio. You have no idea how much I love that thing when it comes to baseball and hockey games I would otherwise never hear. That and the Dan Patrick show.
