Deb Criddle from Nightingale Nursing was in the station this week as they gave Gormley his annual flu shot. She put me on to this video that helps to educate people about the benefits of sneezing into your sleeve as a way to reduce the spread of cold and flu germs. It even shows a number of different sleeve-sneezing methods.
